Delete your Walk the Walk account

Walk the Walk (WTW), operated by Basel Kurdi. Updated 11 October 2026.

You can request deletion without installing or signing into WTW.

1. Email developer@wtw.life from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject “WTW account deletion request”. State that you want your WTW account and associated data deleted. Never include your password.
3. WTW will verify ownership before completing the request. If you cannot access the account email, explain this to support so an alternative verification method can be considered.

You can also use Settings → Delete account inside WTW and confirm using the emailed code.

Deletion covers your account, associated posts, messages, rewards and uploaded media, including groups you own. Copies saved by other people cannot be recalled. Restricted provider backups and service logs may remain until their retention schedules expire. Records required for a legal obligation or unresolved security matter are retained only for that purpose and duration. See the privacy policy for details. We will tell you if a specific exception applies to your request.

For requests concerning only particular data, describe the data to be removed in your email.
